bakit masarap pag-pyestahan ang love triangle nina kris, james and hope?
Wednesday, February 28, 2007
- dahil likas na sa mga pinoy ang pagiging chismosa (or most people i know)
- dahil gusto ko makita on how james get the treatment, grilled and all. mga lalake talaga, caught in the act na e deny to death pa rin. when will they ever learn?? (ang sabi nga ng nanay ko, talupan mo man ng buhay ang mga yan, di pa rin yan aamin)
- dahil kay kris ko naintindihan that money can't buy everything.
- another lesson learned from kris - what goes around, comes around. maniwala ka sa karma. remember that she had been in hope's shoes more than once.
- dahil nakaka-sabik subaybayan kung ano na ang mangyayari kay hope. well, at least for now na isa syang hot-item. mag-sh-showbiz kaya sya after this? tatakbong mayor? governor? presidente? or bigla na lang mag-lalaho after the issue has died already... abangan na lang ang mga susunod na show ng the buzz at s files!
to a dear friend...

I wish you all the love he could give, all the laughters and joys!
And I hope you both stick to your promises 'till the end!
Congratulations and best wishes!

World Light Expo
Wednesday, February 21, 2007
Saturday afternoon, February 17We left at Sandra's at past 2 since RM and Bridj are on shift that day. RM's father, whom we all call Tatay, drove us back to the office. I stayed for a few moments at my worksation, downloaded the photos I took from Sandra's and went to Dodan's. It was his birthday last February 14, and he invited me for a little sort-of-dinner party. He had also invited his officemates. After the dinner, he asked if I wanted to see the World Light Expo (previously in my post, I mentioned this as the lantern festival), I said yes. But when he told me that there's an entrance fee (300 for adults, 200 for kids below 4 feet), I hesitated. But we went anyway. Another correction, it is not located in MOA, it is actually along Coastal road, right beside the Coastal Mall.
Flowers at Dodan's. These are her mother's 'pets'.
The entrance to the World Light Expo! Too bad I wasn't able to bring the tripod. So all shots here are only handheld. Next time, I know better.
There's a Chinese circus show inside. Of course, we sat at the front row so I can take some shots.
The laser show right at the fountain! The first time I saw one was when I was with my sister in Missouri, US.
Dodan trying out his kungfu skills, while I figure out the correct settings for the rebel. It took 3 jumps before we came up with this. The first one was too blurred, second one was too dark (high shutter speed).

Birthday Weekend
Tuesday, February 13, 2007
Here are photos of our Department's teambuilding held at Antipolo.
February 10, SaturdayRicci and Wobert.
Wobert and I have the same birthday. This was taken after I got out from the plenary session. I can't take too much blah blah blahs from the executives.
Teammates.
This was during the break in the morning session.
During dinner, a photo booth was set up. Chris brought and set up the 'lights' and I did the shooting.
February 11, SundayMy birthday!
My black colored toe nails on the left. The photo on the right was a stolen shot from Jeff.
Twishy and Sandra
Two of the sweetest girls at work. Twish was my roomate, Sandra came on the second day of the teambuilding, since she was on shift on Saturday.
My cake!
Red Ribbon's black forest. Nanay bought it for me at the nearby Red Ribbon.

Backing up my files to my new hd brought back a lot of good memories. It was like taking a trip back in time, though it wasn't really that far. The oldest photo I've backed-up was only way until 2002. It was the first time I've held a ditigal camera. It was a Sony point and shoot (the P32 model if I'm not mistaken) given by Tita Leby as a Christmas present to all of us (us means me and my siblings).
Since then, I went gaga over wanting to have more, so after about a year, I upgraded to Sony P92 (again, if my memory serves me right). I have had it bought by an officemate who then was deployed in Taiwan. Electronic devices are way way cheaper in Taiwan.
The photo above was taken by the P32. This is our backyard, where you'll see a kiddie pool in the background, which was later on converted into a laundry area. What made me took this shot was of course, seeing Nanay and Tatay having a leisurely chat.

right this very minute, riccicutie may appear busy at work and may also decline your im messages in her pc since she is busy copying files to her newly bought hd. tumataginting na 400 gig. right now, she has already filled up 50 gig of it, all of which are photos from the day she has bought her point and shoot camera until Rebel. movies and mp3s to follow. priority ang pictures.
here's what has happened lately with her silly pathetic life - -
... she was asked by one of the most sweetest girls, twishy, to join the photo committee in their department's upcoming team building.
had it not been twishy who's asked for her, she'd definitely decline. riccicutie hates attending team buildings as it requires group interaction with some crappy people at work, crazy activities that requires prolonged staying under the sun. as you know it, riccicutie hates the sun!
... since she said yes to twishy's request, she would have to spend her birthday in antipolo, where the team building will be held. she is turning 27 this sunday, and still doesn't know what to do with her life. pathetic, really pathetic.
... she was asked by a family friend who owns a ballet school to be their photographer for their coming recital this summer. another photo stuff. riccicutie is excited and at the same time, nervous!
... she currently craves for goldilock's baked macaroni! her latest addiction.
... had her toes painted black (actually, it's dark violet , but it looks black on her nails)
... is thinking of having a hair cut again
