the 888 date

sometime on february, before my birthday, jane proposed that i should give a dinner treat to her and sandra since it has been a long time since we last saw each other. i didn't say yes, but i didn't decline either. no treat transpired. come may, her birthday month, it was my turn to propose. again, neither did she approve nor decline. again, no treat transpired. august has arrived, and it's sandra's birthday month. the two of us asked sandra to treat us. of course, she declined! so to settle the issue, the three of us agreed to treat ourselves instead.

i thought we're ready to go (home) after dinner, but no! jane insisted that we take pictures on every nook and cranny of the giant mall. sandra and i could not refuse. jane here is already at six months with their first baby boy.



while taking pictures at the bra section, (yes, the bra section of the department store!), we heard a familiar voice calling. it was iggy and wife breezy. we stood for like over an hour cathing up on our "amazing stories" here at work and their stories in their new office.
