Here are my roadtrip weekend photos.

Friday, August 11

My bunch left at around 7pm. All six of us packed in the Nissan Armada - Moty, Ding, Will, Ian and Ronald. Moty drove half way and the other half Ding.


Saturday, August 13

We reached Ronald's uncle's house at around 3am. At that point, I called Lanie on her cell. The conversation went something like this -

Me, pleading "hurry up, get me out of here na, please"

Lanie, still groggy "okay, we're going"

After snapping the phone, I told Will that I'm going away.

Will, surprised "Ha? Baka naman sabihin ni Moty, wala kang pakisama"

So there, I was caught in the middle.

Lanie and Cris came in a few minutes. After hastily demanding them to come and get me, I told them I'm not coming.

After having slept for around 4 hours, my bunch went to Washington DC. Below are the scenes that was when we were walking around White House.

Lanie made me an ice cream desert. Yummy!

We had videoke for the night, drank wine and tried to catch some falling stars.


Sunday, July 13


Great Falls, Virginia


Yeah, the trip wouldn't be complete without picture taking! I really love this couple!

The couple dropped me back to Ronald's and finally bade another goodbye. Another pinch in my here for it'll be a long time since I'd see them again.

After having lunch, we rolled to New Jersey to visit Kara (a former workmate who's already settled in US). Next route was Atlantic City.

After spending a night walking along the boardwalk, going in and out from one casino to another (I didn't try a single slot machine, it was only the boys who played), having a sloppy buffet dinner, my bunch went back to Kara's appartment to sleep.


Monday, August 14

Got up at 5am. Kara prepared breakfast for us. We left after 30mins and was back in our appartment at almost 11am.

We were back at work at 1pm.
