to buy, or not to buy.. i'm in a dilemma.

since i've been engaged with digital photography, i have longed for the dream lens. i've lusted over it's photos, dreamt of it every night, day-dreamed of it on daytime. i just have to have it. but due to it's astronomical tag price, i'd have to sell one of my kidneys to be able to have it. whoever thought of the "costs and arm and a leg" saying wasn't really kidding. if i could sell my arms and legs, i'd do. i'm that desperate.

then here comes another darling. i came face to face with iPod. it was pure nostalgia. it was like the feeling when i was first held uno-quatro (mah 50mm baby lens). i am particulary eyeing the 60gig video model. expensive, yes, but not as costly as the dream lens. i never felt this way about it until i went to the apple store. it was love at first sight. i know i have to have it.

i'm now weighing the two, if i buy the lens, my longest craving will be at long last satisfied. but, i would not be able to save any money from my allowance. on the other hand, if it's the iPod that i'd choose, i could save some money, and have a part of my craving rested.

decisions decisions. maybe i should already scout for potential kidney buyers.
