another day off

spent the whole day doing.. nothing.. almost..

got up at 5:30, ready to jog! saw no trace of sunny sunshine, only dark clouds. thinking it was going to rain, i hit the sheets again. got up at almost 12 noon and setup my pc. nanay, who didn't go to work, asked me to log-in in her gsis acct. after more than 2 hours, my hands grew weary. i surrendered. something's definitely wrong with gsis' site/system.

late in the afternoon, tatay had just finished installing a brand new duyan. the old duyan, made of rattan, already got mangled due to frequent rains. this one is made out of cloth. as compared with rattan, this one's more comfortable to lay at. however, sitting on it will take skills in balancing since there's nothing to support your back. overall, i like it better than the old one.

after lounging in our brand new duyan, nanay, who at that time was badly aching/craving for lanzones. i accompanied her to the nearest fruit stand in our subdivision. she bought more than a kilo of lanzones, which i think by now are all down in her stomach. with that appetite, i think she could finish a whole tree in one sitting.

now it's my craving's turn to get satisfied. i bought a mocha grande at zagu and two doughnuts, choco flavor, at mister donut.

so now im calling it a day. tomorrow's another work day for me.
