finished everything by 9am. my status report, OPP evaluation exam, bathroom rituals, etc. just waiting for sandra to come before i leave. she got here at minutes before 10. chatted with her while waiting for my hd to shut down. talked about her visa application. sayang, denied. i'm hoping the next tym she applies, approved na. she promised me she'd buy me a new wallet in the US. nakaka-awa na daw tignan yung wallet ko.
got off at 11am. took a cab from the office all the way to glorietta. cabbing has just been my recent luxury nowadays. feeling maraming pera.
the whole ride only took 15 minutes. P90 on the meter. dodan texted the he was in greenbelt already. we met at the overpass connecting landmark to greenbelt. he already has our tickets to shrek2, then boastfully showed me his M-pass. we had brunch at shakeys. i was actually craving for something hot, since i didn't have anything for breakfast. my recent fave soup is pizza hut's cream of mushroom soup - only P39! but since it was only their soup that i craved for, we settled at shakey's na lang. dodan and i were wondering if shakey's serves soup. as a sat down at their table, the picture in the paper mat showed their newest menu - chicken blah blah soup. i was delighted! our orders were served in 10 minutes. i was so excited to see the soup. took a sip..yuck! the soup sucks! i dont like the taste. i only had two or three sips. even the pasta sucks. tasted like it was a week old already in their stock. i'm not going there again.. ever.
after our dismaying brunch, we bought popcorns and headed to g3. the national anthem started as soon as we got to our seats. trailers.. trailers.. trailers.. and here comes prince charming.. the story was good. laughed mostly, cried at some parts. ahhh.. love. real love. haay. i shed a tear on the part where princess fiona and his father were talking, just before the ball. she said she'd do anything to have shrek back. haayy.
while inside the cinema haus, my sister texted me. said if we could meet up and go home together. i tried to call her but to no avail. she texted back and told me that she was in morayta. where's morayta again? along recto nga ba? quiapo? hhmmm...
dodan and i parted ways at 3:30. jane arrived shortly after me. i was craving for ice cream that time so i dragged jane with me to the commercial center. i miss walking in late afternoons. i enjoyed the moment walking my sister. i miss our may days, particularly our flores de mayo days. i hope one of these days, i could find time to drop by at the church and offer flowers.
summer days are almost over. haay.
